Overview

The Office Coordinator works with leadership, nurses and providers to ensure efficient office operations and to assure that administrative, departmental and patient needs are met.
Qualifications

License/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA)

Education:
Associate's Degree: Related Field; Experience In Lieu of Education

Other Knowledge/Skills:
Related field
Responsibilities

Ensures that data required for clerical, quality and billing operations are entered/communicated.
Completes provider scheduling on QGENDA.
Completes prior authorizations.
Coordinates day-to-day operations as delegated, including, but not limited to: phone management/voicemail; staff and patient scheduling, rescheduling patients; database entry; preparing basic data reports; supply ordering, supply stocking/maintenance, maintaining education supplies; securing rooms for meetings, workgroups, conferences; preparing and disseminating meeting agendas and minutes; prepping for morning huddle/update staffing board.
Hours may vary depending upon census and program need.
May perform basic rooming, patient vitals, and EPIC documentation for patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $15.62per hour - $25.3per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
