We are looking for a skilled Workday Administrator to support the management, performance monitoring, and overall administration of Workday and other enterprise applications. This role is primarily focused on system stability, technical operations, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to maintain system efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Workday and connected third-party applications, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist with platform updates, enhancements, and release management.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and address potential inefficiencies.
  • Manage configurations and system settings in alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday with external platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Support legacy system maintenance while ensuring a smooth transition to Workday.
  • Work with teams to align historical processes with new system functionalities.
  • Monitor and manage incoming system support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Identify trends in technical issues and recommend solutions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Generate reports to track ticketing patterns, response times, and performance metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and maintain system integrity.
  • Document workflows, technical processes, and system changes to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in meetings to provide insights on system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess system performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise application administration, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
