The Residential Case Manager functions as primary liaison to all community hospitals and other social services, mental health centers, intensive case-management units, etc., with regard to any referral for admission and or discharge planning and follow-up contacts. They will: * coordinate the referral process for potential admissions. * conduct pre-admission screenings. * ensure all required paperwork is completed for new admission. * participate in Recovery team meetings. * provide any coordination updates. Earn $19.10/hour. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years experience working with individuals with mental illness required. * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a Human Service field with 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred. * Time management, communication, and technology skills are highly valued.
