Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION The Project Manager Critical Facility Infrastructure role is responsible for the overall project management, financial reporting, and health of the network and infrastructure projects within the enterprise. This position will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion and financial health of projects by overseeing all phases of the project which entails working with a variety of stakeholders within the organization as well as outside the organization. Additional key responsibilities will be review and coordination with internal team members ensuring operational needs and reporting are being implemented and tracked within established guidelines and peer review of work to determine appropriateness and/or accuracy of results. NOTE: relocation will not be offered, sponsorship is NOT available either now or in the future ~ JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Finance, IT Infrastructure or related fields. 5 years in project management, with emphasis in budgeting/cost analysis. Proficiency in cost estimating and financial tracking of small to large scale projects. Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to strategize, multi-task, problem solve, and manage time. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Data Center, critical facility, cabling experience. Vendor management. Experience with lease requirements and landlord coordination. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range$69,200.00 - $146,700.00
