Manages the Business Banking team. Supervises banker's activities to make sure they are achieving overall goals and providing products and services to existing and potential Business Banking clients.

• Sets goals for loan, deposit, wealth management, and other products and services.
• Ensures bankers are following lending policy and procedures.
• Makes sure their staff is adequately trained and informed of changes in the industry both internal and external.
• Monitors the portfolios of assigned lenders and may handle their own individual portfolio.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Senior Management.
• Incumbent is required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages several subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of six to eight employees in the Business Banking department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. Also, directly supervises eight to ten non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four to six years related experience
• Six to eight years Business Banking experience acceptable if no degree earned.
• Proficient knowledge of banking products, specifically small business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication, analytical, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
• Strong presentation and training skills

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel
• Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
