Position Summary Reporting to the Director of IT, the Associate Director of IT Operations and Application Administration is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's operations and application administration teams. This position is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure and applications, and aligning IT services with strategic organizational goals. The Associate Director will manage professional and managerial staff teams across a diverse portfolio of research and analytics projects. This role requires extensive collaboration with Duke Health Technology Services (DHTS) and the Duke Office of Information Technology to effectively leverage shared operational and infrastructure services. The Associate Director will build and maintain strong working relationships with these groups to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services that meet the organization's needs. ** NOTE: This position may have an opportunity to work remotely.
