What You Will Do:

As the Construction Materials Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction materials and special inspection operations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. This position not only allows you to make a significant impact on the community but also provides a platform for professional growth and development.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of field and laboratory managers, professionals, and administrative staff.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee key performance metrics including revenue growth, staff utilization, and project profitability.
• Project Management: Lead the preparation and execution of proposals and manage large-scale client projects.
• Financial Oversight: Manage monthly billing processes, accounts receivables, and ensure timely project deliverables.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering or a Construction Engineering field
• You have 6+ years of experience in Operational and/or Project Management for construction materials testing and special inspection projects
• You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license in NC or ability to obtain with 6 months
• You are proficient in the use of technology for proposals, reports, payroll, billing, and data management
• You have effective communicator and decision-maker with critical thinking skills, excelling under pressure
