Staffing Assistant - Residential Treatment Center

Provo Canyon School is recruiting for a dynamic and creative staffing assistant professional! Provo Canyon School is a 24/7 secure behavioral health treatment center for adolescents aged 12 through 17. We coach, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Work Schedule: Five - (8) hour shifts rotating between 9:00am - 5:00pm and 1:00pm - 9:00pm with rotating weekends required

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour based on education and experience

Work Locations: Provo and Springville campuses - must be able to commute between the locations

Summary of your goals & objectives:

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage while minimizing overtime and maximizing efficiency and report staffing data to leadership.
• Plan, organize, and oversee engaging activities for students that promote mental health, teamwork, and personal growth.
• Actively participate in the Service Excellence committee to promote high-quality care and enhance staff and student experiences.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions on policies, procedures, and best practices and support the ongoing education and professional development of team members.

Your skills and qualifications will include:

• High School diploma or GED REQUIRED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in staff scheduling and training presentations highly preferred (3-5 years experience preferred)
• Must be highly organized, motivated and possess strong computer skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and executing activities and a commitment to upholding the values of service excellence.

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and leadership.

• MUST be at least 21 years of age or older (NO EXCEPTIONS) and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
