The Community Development Specialist provides daily oversight of community programs as assigned. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other governmental agencies and county employees.
Hiring range: $54,017.60 to $63,460.80 ($25.97 to $30.51 per hour). Starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Position Description The Community Development Specialist performs work under general supervision. The Community Development Specialist possesses a solid working knowledge of subject matter, handles moderately complex issues and problems associated with community programs, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
