The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead our transformation efforts. This pivotal role will focus on bridging the gap between our core hardware products and the potential of digital technology. • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision for industry transformation, focusing on the integration of digital technology with our foundational hardware products.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand emerging trends, and anticipate customer needs in the evolving digital landscape.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through release, including ideation, specification, development, launch, and iteration.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product objectives are met, timelines are adhered to, and market opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and translate their needs into product features and improvements.
• Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously explore new technologies, methodologies, and business models to keep our products and processes at the forefront of the industry.

The talent we want to inspire has...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on digital products or services.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of taking products from conception to launch.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Agile/Scrum certification or experience is highly desirable.
