Summary MSOE invites applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician Electrician to join our Facilities team. Under the direction of the Director, the facilities maintenance team oversees the maintenance of 16 buildings on 22 acres in downtown Milwaukee. The campus includes a mixture of new, aging and historical buildings, residence halls, apartments, athletic fields and parking lots. Facilities employees provide building services to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for students, staff, and faculty. The facilities technicians monitor, operate, maintain, and repair building equipment and systems including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, snow removal, and grounds maintenance in accordance with university standards. Facilities maintenance technicians are responsible for effective day to day maintenance services to the building operational systems. Qualifications
