*Description*
Job Summary: As a macOS - JAMF Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining Apple devices within our organization using the JAMF Pro platform. This role involves the configuration of devices, application deployment, security compliance, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all Apple hardware and software systems are optimized for performance and security. Key Responsibilities: *Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of JAMF Pro for enterprise-scale Mac environments. *Develop and implement best practices for macOS device management, security, and compliance. *Automate workflows and improve efficiency using JAMF APIs, scripting (Bash, Python), and configuration profiles. *Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to Apple and industry standards. *Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to maintain a seamless Apple ecosystem. *Troubleshoot complex Mac and JAMF-related issues, offering expert-level support and solutions. *Stay up to date with Apple and JAMF developments, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of Mac management technology. Skills & Experience Required: *Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer specializing in Mac & JAMF. *Expert-level proficiency in JAMF Pro, including deployment, automation, scripting, and security policies. *Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation and configuration management. *Deep knowledge of macOS, MDM, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and security frameworks. *Experience integrating JAMF with enterprise systems (e.g., Intune, PingID, or cloud platforms). *Experience with Zero Trust networks and solutions such as Zscaler or Netskope. *Ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in Mac management. *Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment. *Skills* Mdm, Jamf, Mac, Zscaler, Netskope, macOS, jamf pro, Mobile device, Mobile, Intune *Top Skills Details* Mdm,Jamf,Mac,Zscaler,Netskope,macOS,jamf pro *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Qualifications: *JAMF 200, JAMF 300, or JAMF 400 certifications. *Experience with macOS 13 and above.
