PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.

BSN degree required and 3 years pediatric clinical experience, one of which must be in the specialty or related service; or combination of education and experience acceptable to Clinical Director of Nursing or designee.

Masters Degree preferred.

Demonstrates clinical leadership, problem solving skills, competency and principles of Montefiore Excellence.

Computer literate.

CDCES Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist credentialing preferred.

BLS required. PALS preferred
