We currently have an opportunity available for an Event Technology Business Capability Owner (BCO). In this role you will be responsible for managing and advancing event technologies, with a focus on (but not limited to) website applications, personalized attendee experiences, and event management systems. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced team and work cross-functionally to collect stakeholder requirements and ensure capabilities are delivered on schedule and aligned to business priorities. Responsibilities: * Set the strategy and roadmap of assigned products, based on stakeholder use cases. * Evaluate common use cases, prioritize top candidates using predefined criteria, scale capabilities and measure ROI. * Create and manage product documentation, including requirements, gap analysis, roadmaps, QBRs, backlogs engagement models and timelines. * Develop expertise on assigned products, including maintaining certifications, and continually assess the industry for competing technologies to ensure innovation. * Work closely with internal engineering teams and vendors to define technical specifications and ensure teams have all the information they need to deliver new capabilities. * Analyze and articulate business use cases. Works cross-functionally to validate requirements, manage dev and ensure on-time delivery * Works with supplier to resolve issues in accordance with contracted service level agreements. * Manages/Maintains full backlog of enhancement, roadmap and bugs and works with supplier to address/refine. * Lead the execution of recurring status calls with all relevant stakeholders to discuss current state of the programs and address any issues that need attention. * Support the Quality Assurance process in testing and delivering solutions. * Document outcomes and work with change management lead to ensure new processes/technology are used correctly and stakeholders are kept abreast of new functionality and offerings. * Manage the technology innovation process-identifying new capabilities in the industry, developing use cases for getting more out of the existing products and capabilities, inspiring stakeholders to think about what is possible, managing proofs-of-concept, and evaluating impact. * Establish and maintain a trusting relationship between the business and its suppliers. * Continually learn new subjects that are technical in nature (such as machine learning and AI) *Skills* vendor management, event management, project management *Top Skills Details* vendor management,event management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Skills & Abilities: * Excellent oral and written communication skills. Occasional time zone requirements when working with global stakeholders. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
