Position Details As the Operations Manager working directly under the Operations Director, you will serve our south eastern Pennsylvanian (SEPA) mental health outpatient program (MHOP) is a vital way ensuring the smooth and sustainable operations of vital clinical services under the guidance of our Operations Director. You'll have the opportunity to supervise a talented team, drive the implementation of effective business practices, and contribute to the continued success of our programs. What we're looking for: * Proven leadership abilities and strong supervisory skills. * Expertise in administrative policies and organizational management. * Experience in creating and implementing complex processes in a clinical setting. * A background in clinical work, with a focus on mental health populations. * A passion for supporting and empowering individuals in need of mental health services. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's degree in a related field of human services, social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required. * 2 years of clinical experience post graduate working with mental health populations and 1 years of supervisory/leadership experience required. * Computer competent, possess strong communication, leadership, and time management skills is required. * Experience leading in harm reduction or other public health related programs is strongly preferred.
