Android Tech Lead

• Android Development: Build and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP).
• Debugging & Optimization: Strong experience with ADB commands for debugging and troubleshooting Android applications.
• Performance & Scalability: Work with RxJava, Dagger 2/Hilt, and Room/Realm databases to ensure efficient app performance.
• Database & Backend Integration: Experience with MySQL or relational databases to support app functionality.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.

• Cross-Platform Experience: Familiarity with Xamarin, Ionic, or React Native is a plus.
• Front-End Knowledge: Basic understanding of Angular and UI/UX best practices.
• DevOps & Environment Management: Exposure to Linux environments, Docker, and CI/CD processes.
