Schedule: Monday - Friday Wage: $17.20 to $18.20 hourly Benefits * Medical/Dental * FSA * 403(b) Retirement * Additional Voluntary Benefits * Paid Holidays * Vacation/Sick Leave * Education Assistance Program * Employee Assistance Program * Longevity awards Position Summary: The Teaching Support Specialist - Data and Planning Time Floater supports the overall mission and value of Catholic Charities and the Childcare and ECEAP division. Primary duties include providing classroom coverage while the Lead Teacher steps out for data entry and planning time. While in classrooms, the TSS - Data and Planning Floater will act as a teacher assistant in the classroom and is responsible for the care, hygiene, learning, and developmental activities of the children; communication with parents; and maintaining the classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness while assigned in any classroom. Responsibilities: Report daily to the centers and check in with the Site Supervisor for coverage schedule Support and inform child attendance counts at all times when in classroom or on playgrounds Assist Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants to create and maintain a safe and healthy environment by following program standards, policies and procedures
