POSITION SUMMARY: The Solutions Architect is responsible for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms, with a primary focus on the Eccovia ClientTrack EHR system. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to understand both the big picture and the finer details, anticipating how small changes may impact broader systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, follow-through, and analytical skills to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. Salary: $135k - $150k Hybrid: some in-office work required
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configuration Management: Lead and implement configuration changes or new setups in the Eccovia system and other platforms, including custom tables, fields, workflows, validation rules, and form layouts.
- Change Management: Develop and oversee robust change management processes to ensure controlled and seamless implementation of configuration changes.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document workflows, and identify opportunities for optimization. This includes learning about, and eventually intimately understanding, the Fountain House programs that use the platform.
- User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, providing clear and timely troubleshooting, guidance, and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures to ensure transparency and support knowledge transfer.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, and organizational leaders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes, ensuring they perform as intended and do not negatively impact system integrity.
- Training and Enablement: Deliver training to users on new configurations and enhancements, fostering user adoption and confidence in the system.
- Compliance: Ensure all system modifications align with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance & Compliance team.
- Agile Practices: Adapt to changing priorities and sprint cadences, contributing to agile processes and offering recommendations to improve workflows and team efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary vendor contact, interfacing with vendors to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood by both organizational stakeholders and the vendors. Lead user acceptance testing and validation to confirm that solutions meet specified needs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 8-10 years of consulting on business systems or Salesforce projects
- 15+ years of experience managing or implementing systems like EHRs or Salesforce
- A curious, self-motivated, and internally driven individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining attention to detail, recognizing how small changes impact larger systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to follow up consistently and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex processes and workflows, asking insightful questions to confirm understanding.
- Proven track record of delivering results in an agile environment, with strong prioritization and adaptability skills.
- Business analysis expertise, including documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and teasing out stakeholder needs.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to follow-through on tasks and projects without requiring extensive oversight.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confidence and maturity to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Eccovia ClientTrack is ideal but not required. Experience with administering a similar enterprise-level EHR system or human-services-focused case management platform.
- Project management experience and certifications are a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
