How you will make history here... The Solution Architect role is responsible for leading and supporting EA activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of solutions. Solutions to include projects, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services
- Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architect and Project teams to ensure a robust architectural runway supporting future business requirements.
- Monitor the current-state solution portfolio for deficiencies, aging technologies, and misalignment with business requirements.
- Analyze emerging technology trends, disruptions, and industry developments.
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software platforms and services.
- Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementing solutions architecture across all corporate solution applications or technologies.
- Act as a consultant on various technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.
- Deliver standard definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to support architectural governance.
- Create detailed technical specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire end to end process and BAU documentation.
- Design and direct governance activities ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
What you will do... PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solution Design: Develop and design solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems using modern architecture and present those to EA team.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Best Practices: Promote best practices in architecture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Learning Platforms: Conduct the analysis and develop future state roadmap for consolidation of learning platforms
- ESG Reporting: Analyze the data requirements for ESG reporting, identify gaps and opportunities for automation
- Automation: Drive the automation across entire portfolio and develop the future state roadmap for enabling enterprise chat and self service functions
- Security and Encryption: Bring in new ideas, platforms to keep our data and platforms secure and encrypted
COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE
- Broad knowledge/experience with Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, compensation & benefits platforms and tools, strong preference for Workday and ADP.
- Deep knowledge of Human Resource Processes and the Information and Technology supporting these processes
- Board Knowledge of Work Force Management Systems(UKG) and Integration with HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Strong leadership and client management, analytical, ent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
- Knowledge of financial models and budgeting
What you bring to the table... MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred, but not required with relevant work experience MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Overall 8+ Years of experience in IT industry with primary focus on supporting HRIS functions.
- 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for Workforce Management(Time & Attendance) and Payroll solutions.
- Prior working experience in developing integration between Workforce Management solutions (UKG preferred) and other HRIS systems (i.e., Workday)
- Knowledge on integration with multiple platforms like WFM (Time & Attendance), Workday , SAP, Aveva, etc.
- Knowledge of Advance Data management platforms like Snowflake and Data Bricks
- Experience in building Analytics and reporting leveraging tableau, Power BI.
- Experience in Power platform solutions and Copilot integrations.
If you are local to WHQ Camden, NJ - Role will be onsite at least twice a week Travel required 1-2 times a month to WHQ Camden, NJ if you are not local Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $115,300-$165,700
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
