The Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Janelia Research Campus is a pioneering research center in Ashburn, Virginia, where scientists pursue fundamental questions in the life sciences. Under the supervision of the Manager, Visa Administration, you will collaborate with internal parties (e.g., hiring managers, legal department, etc.) and external partners (e.g., USCIS, host institutions' international offices, outside counsel, etc.) to prepare and submit new visa applications, visa extensions, change of status, transfers, and permanent residence applications for foreign nationals visiting and working at HHMI's Janelia Research Campus. Please Note: This position requires 10% travel to HQ (Chevy Chase, MD) for meetings and training, and occasional travel to regional HHMI offices across the United States. What we provide:

Compensation Range $79,821.25 (minimum) - $99,776.56 (midpoint) - $129,709.53 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
