Position at Leopardo Construction
Leopardo Construction is looking for a Media Production Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role is an ideal fit for a marketing professional with experience creating video, photo and digital content within the AEC industry.
Summary: The Media Production Specialist role is critical to capturing, producing, and managing high-quality visual content that showcases Leopardo's diverse portfolio of projects, features Leopardo talent and personnel, supports marketing initiatives, and aligns with company brand values. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with exceptional technical skills in photography, videography, and post-production, as well as experience managing digital assets for print, web, and multimedia applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality project photography and videography, including aerial drone footage, for marketing, client presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Produce polished videos and imagery using advanced editing techniques, such as color grading, retouching, and compositing.
  • Optimize visual content for various platforms, including print, website, and social media.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site photo and video shoots, collaborating with clients, project teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Operate drones and maintain a valid FAA Part 107 license for aerial imagery and video.
  • Leverage AI editing software (e.g., Luminar) to enhance workflows and improve content quality.
  • Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital media library, ensuring assets are tagged, licensed, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and project teams to align visual content with strategic goals.
  • Identify and schedule key construction milestones and personnel to capture impactful content and project narratives.
  • Manage licensing, renewals, and usage permissions for videography and photography, including third-party content.
  • Maintain a vetted database of third-party videographers and photographers to support project teams.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates a consistent message across platforms.
  • Liaise with Leopardo's Virtual Build Group (VBG) to share resources (drones, 360 photography, etc.) and develop impactful content for strategic pursuits.
  • Assist in maintaining company websites as they relate to media and content.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual elements to support marketing campaigns.
  • Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and techniques to enhance media production workflows.
  • Provide occasional training or guidance to team members on capturing and utilizing visual content effectively.
Education / Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Media, Photography, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent training and experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in media production within the AEC industry or a related field.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) and other video/photo editing software.
  • Expertise in photography, videography, and post-production techniques, including lighting, composition, and advanced editing.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools such as Luminar, Topaz, or similar software.
  • Experience managing digital asset libraries and licensing agreements.
  • Strong storytelling skills to convey project narratives and company values.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of architectural and construction processes to anticipate visual content needs.
  • Experience with animations or 3D visualizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as InDesign or Illustrator.
Work Environment:
  • This position requires local travel to job sites, offices, and client locations for on-site content capture.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification preferred.

Leopardo considers many factors when determining actual salary including experience, education, unique skillsets, abilities, market, geography and business needs. Salary range: $80-90k. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonus. Leopardo does not discriminate based on any protected category with respect to wages.
