Apply Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles, California The USC Roski Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology is seeking an Ophthalmic Service Specialist I to join its team. This position is needed to support additional physicians and EMR administrative support at the Arcadia ophthalmology clinic. This (Ophthalmic Service Specialist I) is the central point for coordinating patient care/patient flow with the many different ophthalmology services. Such as, preliminary testing and imaging. Additional income will be generated by added patient growth coupled with adequate staff support. Job Summary: Provides technical ophthalmic and administrative assistance to the medical staff of the service assigned. Job Accountabilities include:

Minimum Education: High school or equivalent Minimum Certifications: Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) Minimum Experience: 3 years Or 3 years certified as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Minimum Skills: Ophthalmic technical experience in a clinical setting.
