We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure Services organization within Intune, to build cloud services that operate at high scale and availability, with opportunities for technical leadership. As a senior member of our team, you will shape technical strategy, lead the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable and reliable software components, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineers. ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for Intune's core infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Build strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, understanding their requirements to deliver impactful design solutions. Collaborate with architects, program managers, and cross-org partners to develop designs leveraging existing solutions and best practices from scalable cloud services. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to ensure roadmap alignment. Clearly articulate design objectives, rationale, and options for continuous improvement. Investigate technical issues to find practical solutions for complex design challenges. Conduct technical and comparative analysis to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement. | |
