Mercury Systems' seeks Memory and Radiation Director to provide both business and technical leadership for its mircro electronics business.The Memory and Radiation Director role is a senior leadership position with high visibility up to the Executive Leadership Team. The Director will drive execution and innovation while being responsible for meeting financial objectives, executing development activities, driving program execution, and expanding the business. This role is focused on the development and contractual execution of all advanced Memory and Radiation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional organizations that support a matrixed team environment. With direct reports comprised of both program and product management, the Director will lead efforts for the DMM LoB. Close partnership with direct reports, the integrated product team, and the functional organization to advance performance across the portfolio is highly regarded. Job Responsibility:
