SRC, Inc . is currently seeking a Summer 2025 DevOps Intern. As a DevOps Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced DevOps engineers, helping automate and streamline the processes that support software development and deployment. You will learn how to manage infrastructure, improve continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and assist in system monitoring and troubleshooting. What You'll Do Develop Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments Support automation of tasks related to environment provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment Participate in debugging and troubleshooting system issues to improve reliability and performance Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration between development and production environments Help with the implementation of security best practices in the deployment process Document best practices, processes, and lessons learned throughout the internship What You'll Bring Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with basic programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript) Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and basic system administration skills Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and eagerness to take initiative What Sets Us Apart? Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $22.00 to $26.00/hour.
