POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC,a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a dynamic opportunity for a Project Manager/Task Order Manager (TOM) to oversee the daily operations and execution of a specific task order under a professional support services task order for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The TOM will be responsible for managing contractor personnel, ensuring task order deliverables are met, and serving as the primary liaison between contractor staff and the Task Order Contracting Officer Representative (COR). This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of government contract management.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Serve as the single point of contact for all contractor employees assigned to the task order
  • Oversee daily initiatives and activities at the task order level, ensuring all work aligns with contract requirements and OIG objectives
  • Maintain effective communication with the Task Order Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to address any issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure that all deliverables are met per the Task Order Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS)
  • Monitor task order performance metrics, track progress, and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively resolve performance issues, escalating matters to the Task Order Contracting Officer when necessary
  • Maintain quality assurance to ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds government expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and contract requirements
  • Oversee and manage contractor staff to ensure continuity of services and task order execution
  • Track and assist the IDIQ Program Manager in filling vacant positions promptly to prevent service disruptions
  • Facilitate successful staff transitions, onboarding, and offboarding to maintain operational stability


Pay Range:$119,908 to $148,454 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience managing government contracts, task orders, or large-scale federal programs
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Proven experience managing task orders in a federal contracting environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications or Skills



  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent program management certification preferred
  • Prior experience working with the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or similar oversight entities
  • Experience supporting professional support services contracts in a government setting


Expected Pay Range: $119,908 to $148,454
