About the role:

The WATCHMAN (WM) Clinical Marketing product manager role will serve as a key contributor to the overall global WATCHMAN strategy and marketing execution by focusing on Clinical Marketing activities. The person in this role will be regarded as a deep clinical marketing expert with broad knowledge of Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) products

The WM Clinical Marketing product manager role will focus on expanding Boston Scientific WM therapy by promoting new and existing clinical data, creating sales messaging and partnering with the broader marketing groups and sales teams to launch messaging and objection handling. This role will focus on differentiating the Boston Scientific portfolio through clinical evidence and will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to execute on multi-channel clinical messaging deliverables. He/she will also lead efforts to publicize new clinical data releases at major conferences. This role will work with cross-functional partners including marketing, medical and scientific affairs, clinical, sales teams, regulatory, R&D, finance, and global partners.

This is a hybrid work mode based out of our Maple Grove, MN facilities with the expectation of being on-site 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities will include:



  • Develop a deep understanding of LAAC products and clinical data-both Boston Scientific and competitive-to drive product commercialization.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, HEMA, and Therapy Development teams to identify strategic and tactical data needs.
  • Analyze the global clinical landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform data-driven decisions for product launches and commercial strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of clinical marketing deliverables, including brochures, clinical summaries, digital communications, and symposium content.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to understand clinical data needs and effectively communicate Boston Scientific's clinical evidence.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement evidence plans, including claims matrices and substantiation strategies.
  • Leverage market research and advisory board insights to shape future clinical strategies and guide investment decisions.
  • Optimize opportunities to showcase new clinical data at major scientific and professional conferences.
  • Support launch planning and execution of clinical evidence initiatives for the WATCHMAN Therapy.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in clinical evidence, effectively positioning data in a competitive left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) landscape for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling communications and develop high-quality materials to support sales teams and customers.
  • Provide sales support by translating complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable communication tools, while engaging directly with the field team to enhance clinical education.
  • Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize a broad range of secondary research, as well as primary qualitative and quantitative techniques, to uncover customer insights on clinical data.
  • Exhibit exceptional project management skills by defining and overseeing project schedules, key milestones, and cross-functional coordination-often serving as the project lead.
  • Work with key partners to develop clinical digital strategy and customer journeys to business goals.


What we're looking for in you:

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, clinical or related Healthcare/Biomedical field
  • 5+ years of work experience inmarketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations (OrMaster's degree with3+ years of work experience inmarketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with clinical data in a commercial medical device setting
  • Excellent Project Management skills and ability to work cross-functionally required
  • Must have ability to drive communications strategies and influence stakeholders
  • Must have strong communication & executionskills
  • Proven Business Acumen
  • Ability to travel up to 30% including internationally



Preferred qualifications



  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
  • Electrophysiology or IC experience
  • Clinical and/or product marketing experience

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
