The Senior Director of eBusiness will lead Bio-Rad's global online and digital business strategy and operations. You will develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy that drives revenue growth, optimizes the customer journey, and strengthens brand presence across Bio-Rad's ecommerce platforms. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Product, Logistics, and Customer Service, you will ensure digital initiatives support broader business objectives, enhance the online customer experience, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Manage all aspects of the ecommerce platforms, including website functionality, user experience (UX) and web operations.
  • Drive online sales growth by improving conversion rates, increasing average order value and discounts to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Track ROI, adjusting tactics to maximize results. Implement data-driven strategies to build loyalty, increase repeat visits and boost brand affinity.
  • Continuously monitor and refine site speed, functionality, navigation, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee high-level merchandising and inventory strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Implement processes and date-driven strategies to streamline and inform site-merchandising, content management and collaboration with supplying partners.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage B2B solutions such as e-procurement integrations, ensuring seamless transactions, account management, and streamlined purchasing experiences for business clients.
  • Co-create with our stakeholders' data-driven pricing strategies, promotional offers, and discounts to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in Life Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success scaling e-commerce platforms and driving significant revenue growth for both B2B and B2C.
  • In depth knowledge of ecomm platforms and driving significant revenue growth for B2B and B2C.
  • Excellent analytical skills for setting revenue targets.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $227,200 to $313,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
