Scheduled hours are roughly 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Holidays and weekends are required. Applicants should be 16 years or older. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operates dishwasher and ensures the cleanliness of all small wares and pot/pans. Will assist with some prep and breaks on the food line. Will clean equipment components when necessary. Other basic maintenance duties including emptying garbage/cardboard, sweeping and mopping floors, breakdown and clean-up of dish area. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Combined standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift up to 50lbs, shoulder level on an occasional basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is 90% inside and 10% outside and could be exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. Also exposed to ice/snow coming to and from work. All sensory skills needed. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Must become knowledgeable of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SKILLS: Requires working with people and other Schweitzer departments in a variety of situations. Requires the ability to interact with guest. EDUCATION: English communication EXPERIENCE: None LICENSE NEEDED: None MACHINES/TOOLS OPERATED: Dishwasher and knives.
