Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Planner to support our team in Toledo, OR. This position is responsible for the preparation, coordination, scheduling, and execution of repair work for maintaining compliance, in a fully integrated liner board facility. The planner will interface regularly with the Fixed Equipment Engineer for updates on work being performed on the equipment throughout the facility. The planner will work with contractors and in-house technicians to drive QA requirements and expectations.

Georgia Pacific Toledo is a producer of brown paper used to make cardboard and is a leader in recycling in the Northwest. The Toledo Mill is located within a 10-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean. Many outdoor activities are available near the mill including fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and boating.

What You Will Do
* Responsible for long-range as well as short-range planning. Long-range planning involves the regular analysis of backlog relative to available resources. Short-range planning is planning for more pressing jobs.
* Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor), utilizing tools such as Gantt charts (Microsoft Project), Critical Path Analysis, and resource leveling.
* Ensure Work Orders are meaningful, accurate and valid historical data is captured in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Keeps the MI Reliability Engineer informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authority.
* Deliver effective outage and contractor coordination planning for MI piping and tank repairs as part of the AO work process.

* Develop and deliver fixed equipment work packages for pre-turnarounds and turnaround events, including.
* Estimated time and cost to complete work packages
* Include in scope the inspection method type(s), expected damage mechanism(s), and acceptance criteria
* Cleaning requirements, access (scaffold, platforms, other) and additional maintenance support requirements
* QA/QC requirements

Work directly with corporate outage resources to adopt best practices and promote lessons learned throughout the division and company.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experiencing in a planning role within a manufacturing and/or heavy industrial environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Experience with a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) such as MP2 , SAP, or JD Edwards.
* Experience working with Inspection Data Management Systems (IDMS) such as VisualAIM, PCMS, Meridium, PSAIM.
* Experience with adhering to safety and regulatory compliance requirements

What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience with fixed equipment inspections, repairs and adherence to pertinent ASME/API/NACE code.
* Bachelor's Degree or high in Engineering
* Operations or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong project management skills and PC proficiency with CMMS, Project Management Software, and Excel
* Experience in leading large-scale outages in the paper or similar industry
* Experience leading a training/learning and development team
* Experience in developing an annualized curriculum as well as task to training matrices
