Requirements

    At least five (5) years of experience in System Administration, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements
  • At least three (3) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR and information management systems
  • Experience working in a virtual environment or with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with virtualization backup technologies and physical backup hardware
  • Familiar with the functions of the Windows registry, directory structure, and Group Policy
  • Possess hands-on technical experience configuring, securing, and troubleshooting Windows- domains, services (DHCP, DNS, WINS), and applications
  • Possess experience with:
    • Windows based systems administration/configuration/installation
    • MS Server 2016 installation and configuration
    • Windows 10/11 installation and configuration
    • Network Attached Storage System
    • Active Directory configuration
    • Group Policy installation/maintenance
    • Software Distribution
    • Workstation management/installation
    • Red Hat Linux Operating Systems
    • Networking, as in Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
  • Both written and verbal communications skills are required
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have a Security+ certification or be able to acquire within 6 months of starting
  • Must have an Operating System or equivalent certification like MCSA, MCSE or MCITP
  • Must have Passport or require one to assist in replacement of any worldwide OTRs for short term

Description

  • Working with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) TacMobile project to perform software installation, testing, and training expertise on Windows systems and Red Hat Linux Systems
  • Working in a team environment to do system testing and maintenance, site support ticket troubleshooting, training, and documentation
  • Participating in new GOTS and COTS software loads, tests software, maintaining system health, patching various Operating Systems, creating and editing documentation, such as Installation Guides (IGs), Operator Maintenance Manuals, and test procedures

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
