Receiving Clerk

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for a part time Receiving Clerk. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Receiving Clerk may be required to:

• Review and accept traceability paperwork for parts and materials
• Review customer documents to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate, opening receivers and work orders in Pentagon System
• Perform data entry for parts
• Opening Customer unit boxes
• Take pictures of incoming parts, materials and units

Skills/Education & Experience:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Able to lift up to 100lbs with help
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Basic computer skills required
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize changing assignments
• Strong work ethic
