Job Overview: Private Brands is a pillar of the RTW merchandise strategy. The Senior Coordinator Private Brands (SCPB) for RTW offers a unique opportunity to be a brands ambassador, entrepreneur and true business owner. Partnering with their stores teams, the Merchants organization and the Director of Local Business Optimization, the SCPB drives the C by Cashmere and Aqua Fashion and cashmere business results. The SCPB ensures that they are supporting the business and stores by maximizing sales through product expertise, merchandise presentation standards and outstanding selling skills. The SCPB is a role model of Customer First, Always behavior. Essential Functions: Build Together
- Partner with Store Team to identify and develop brand advocates
- Communicate weekly with the Buying Office/LBO/Store teams to identify best/worst sellers, voids in the assortment, and feedback on fit, quality and pricing
- Lead morning meetings, in person and virtually, to present new deliveries, highlight key components of each brand and educate store teams on bestsellers
- Schedule monthly/quarterly touch-base with GM/AGM/LBO in each store to collaborate and review Private Brand business and set a seasonal action plan for the teams that is updated monthly based on performance
- Develop clear, organized methods of communication to build strong partnerships with management team and act as the liaison between the stores and the Buying Office
Make Things Happen
- Distort time, approximately 40%, in designated focus doors
- Ensure that all logistics (markdowns, RTV's, re-tickets, signage) are being organized and executed on a weekly basis
- Analyze weekly selling by style and classification to understand what is driving the business, and how to strategically merchandise the floor
- Review each brand's markdown rate vs. total company and unit goals (in Cashmere) with store team to reinforce the importance of regular price selling
- Monitor shipping through Store Pipeline to prepare each store for the arrival and placement of new deliveries and schedule store visits accordingly
- Merchandise the floor, set new deliveries and ensure mannequins are updated and in line with merchandise directives and key item strategy
- Work with business managers and central to create instore contests to incent RTW TEAM
- Initiate mini in store events to create buzz and drive the businesses
- Conduct seasonal/monthly product seminars for each brand and complete the certification for Cashmere
Customer First Always
- Allocate time on the selling floor to build client relationships, help customers during key events and understand customer response to the merchandise
- Ensure all Associates are knowledgeable about key trends, fit, styling and presentation standards
- Educate RTW Team/Stylists on how to build a sale through leveraging their fashion voice to build UPT
- Inspire our customer and drive sales through fashion leadership and merchandise presentation.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and ownership of the business by tracking sales (daily, weekly, monthly) and setting goals to meet/exceed the sales plan
- Partner with key store executives: to execute best floor standards, strategize events/promotions, review sales and identify opportunities to drive the business
- Advocate for the stores; communicating local opportunities and competitive insight
Qualifications and Competencies: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years direct experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must satisfy licensing requirements (as required by state or local jurisdiction)
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- May occasionally involve reaching above eye level, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Must be able to apprehend shoplifters
- Ability to sustain long periods of time enclosed in surveillance areas.
- Frequently lift/move up to 30lbs
