Bulk Raw Distribution Technician

SUMMARY:

SNF Flocryl, a subsidiary of SNF Holding Company, is seeking a Bulk Raw DistributionTechnician. The Bulk Raw DistributionTechnician will report to the Bulk Material Shift Supervisor. This position will be responsible for supporting the production activities of Flocryl so the plant can produce quality products at the least cost and consistent with delivery schedules and in compliance with the Company and government regulations.

Salary is based on qualifications and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading and unloading raw materials and products in tanker trucks, box trucks, ISO containers, and railcars in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Operating all equipment, as well as, handling chemicals.
• Performing lab analysis and collecting samples for shipment.
• Shipping and receiving products and raw materials.
• Assist in sampling, classifying, tracking, storing, and shipping both hazardous and nonhazardous waste.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in moving railcars by operating Trackmobile.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is required. Chemical industry preferred.
• Trackmobile experience is a PLUS.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments while wearing PPE.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to address issues, follow up, and implement solutions as required.
