THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION - NEED TO BE LOCATED IN RAMSEY, NJ AREA

The Konica Minolta Business Solutions Salesforce/SAP CRM Support team is responsible for supporting the Direct Sales force and its use of Salesforce/SAP CRM. We provide the day-to-day application support for 1,000 sales reps and management across the US and Canada.

The IT Intern will assist the CRM team in supporting and testing Salesforce. This role provides an opportunity to combine college course work with the practical experience in a corporate IT setting. This role will be engaged with Salesforce/SAP CRM Support to gain a solid, overall understanding of IT and how it manages an application to serve the business.

An Internship with the CRM Support Team will provide visibility and hands on experience in the area of application development and support as well as direct exposure to the business in the areas of Sales and Marketing.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Work with CRM Team to provide day to day technical support
  • Assist in end user training
  • Assist in requirements gathering and writing of technical specifications

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Work closely with the CRM support team to support Sales/Marketing users
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution
  • Communicate with non-technical users on Salesforce/SAP CRM applications
  • System User Administration
  • Acquire knowledge of Konica Minolta Sales Business Processes
  • Assist in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and creation of test scripts
  • Analyze and document processes and procedure

Qualifications

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
  • An active interest in a career in IT and enthusiasm to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce/SAP CRM support team to support Sales/Marketing users
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution
  • Communicate with non-technical users on CRM applications
  • System User Administration
  • Acquire knowledge of Konica Minolta Sales Business Processes
  • Assist in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and creation of test scripts
  • Analyze and document processes and procedure
  • Exposure to Salesforce, SAP CRM or other CRM applications is a plus
