What you'll do:

Responsible for managing a variety of administrative duties for the Group Head and Mortgage Partnership Finance department. Engages with a diverse group of important external stakeholders and visitors as well as internal employees at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and manage many competing priorities

How you'll make an impact:
  • Enhances Operational Efficiency: By managing and organizing complex activities such as meetings, travel, and conferences, this role ensures that the Group Head and the Mortgage Partnership Finance department operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strengthens Stakeholder Relationships: Engaging with a diverse group of external stakeholders and internal employees at all levels helps build and maintain strong relationships, which are crucial for the success of the department.
  • Supports Strategic Initiatives: Acting as a project manager for special projects and preparing confidential documents for governance and committee meetings ensures that strategic initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively executed.


What you can expect:
  • Manage, schedule, and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
  • Screens incoming requests and correspondence and responds independently when possible
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, agendas, reports and other complex documents in support of governance and committee meetings and regulatory engagements
  • Participate in event planning in support of the business, including contributing to planning and executing occasional dinners or other events with customers or business partners
  • Provide support for governance committees with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
  • Act as project manager for special projects which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating mailings
  • Occasional travel will be necessary to support meetings or events outside


What you'll bring:
  • MS Office with advanced experience with PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
  • 5-7 years of administrative or executive support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High degree of professionalism
