Command and Control Network Systems Engineer
Contingent Upon Customer Approval
Purpose:
- Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Command and Control Network Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL for the STRIKE Test and Evaluation Team.
Job Description:
- Serve as a C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office - Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army's Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system.
- Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability.
- Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the MRC Battery Operations Center.
Qualifications:
- Must have a BS in Science or Engineering and 10 years experience in system engineering.
- Must have 5 years experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM.
- Must have experience in network/IP configurations management.

Qualifications:
- Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development, preferred.
- Experience with Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), preferred.
- Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems), preferred.
- Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors, preferred.
- Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria, preferred.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance, preferred.
Security Requirements:
- Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it.
Travel Requirements:

- Remaining in a stationary position.
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Communicating with others to exchange information
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
