Overview

Responsible for managing a case load of Workers' Compensation files. Responsibilities include pre-trial discoveries, drafting pleadings, communicating with involved parties, and presenting defense strategies in court. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.



Qualifications

Required:

    IL/WI State licensed attorney. *additional license in MN a plus
  • Knowledge of Illinois and Wisconsin Workers' Compensation statutes and its application.
  • 3+ year workers' compensation litigation experience

The salary range for this role is $130k - $160k/year. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Illinois. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
