- This combined practical and strategic position involves establishing technical strategy, defining enterprise communication/network architectures, and leading solution implementations from a technology perspective.
- The position provides technical guidance and training to the implementation teams, serves as a technology and best practices evangelist, and ensures that implementations follow the finest implementation standards and principles.
- This position advises technical management and business areas on key architectural decisions regarding platforms and supporting technologies.
- This position produces technical architectures (documented by deliverables) that are scalable, maintainable, dependable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
- It represents the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization across clients and works across the company to deliver technical solutions.
- This includes providing continuity on major solution decisions, communicating technology solution value across all company levels, and ensuring solutions are implemented according to the defined solution architecture and technical standards.
- Responsible for enterprise communicating / network architectural design and planning of complex interactions of IT systems.
- Develop enterprise networking architectural patterns and approaches, design solutions, and research new technologies and techniques.
- Create standards and roadmaps and develop recommendations for migrating to future standards.
- Responsible for the design, architecture, and automation designs of on-premise, wide area, and Cloud networking solutions. Design and architecture of a multi-site, multi-cloud network infrastructure.
- Partner with vendors to select appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects on time and within budget.
- Manage several simultaneous initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Contribute to standards and design patterns.
- Deliver solutions tailored to internal business requirements.
- Articulate design rationale, flexibly adapts solutions, and iterate designs when needed.
- Provide third-level support and input as needed to teams, diagnosing reported issues and providing root cause analysis to management and the business teams.
- Work closely with Senior management, Architecture, Application managers, and IT operations teams.
- Enhances efficiency via automation when and wherever possible.
- Cross-trains other team members on projects and network technologies.
- Address security requirements across the enterprise by applying appropriate people, processes, and technology.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or information systems.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in past, present, and upcoming network technologies, standards, and best practices to properly plan and integrate solutions in the most effective way.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in IT and system design.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in problem analysis, structured analysis and design, statistical programming languages, and database query language (SQL and NO SQL based).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Access and network management.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in cloud and data centers.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Tech functional on the business side.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of general IT application structures, the supporting components of the network, and the overall holistic IT functions, operations, security solutions, and general dataflows of an enterprise network.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information modeling methods.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level business intelligence and data warehousing platforms.
- Understanding of basic statistics, machine learning algorithms, multivariate calculus, and linear algebra.
- Experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
- In-depth experience designing and implementing enterprise information solutions.
- Experience with data visualization methods and design principles.
- Enterprise or Application Architecture certification (Open Group, CM-ISRI, ESAI, IEAD, ITAC, TOGAF).
