Flint Hills Resources (FHR) is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS. What You Will Do * Manage relationship and operationally support FHR's debt portfolio, consisting of a multi-bank Credit Facility and Industrial Revenue Bonds. Includes day-to-day responsibilities of borrowings and payments, tracking activity and covenants, invoice processing, journal entries, interactions with the banks and reconciliations. You will also prepare and present analytics on value and renewals / extensions of the debt portfolio, with recommendation to leadership and ability to manage questions and requests from this team. * Responsible for Liquidity Reporting and Forecasting to ensure proper usages of liquidity, working capital and equity positions. Work closely with other FHR capabilities to consolidate forecasts around cash, debt, working capital and other key areas to prepare analysis, commentary and recommendation for usage of cash, debt and distributions. You will present this analysis and recommendation to leadership along with ability to manage questions and requests from this team. * Partner with other capabilities within FHR to understand Foreign Exchange (FX) needs and opportunities. Includes daily execution of trades with banks to reduce FX exposure. Collaboration with banks to obtain best pricing and explore options around execution to maximize value within policies. Prepare analytics of FX exposures and risks along with recommendation to present to leadership. * Management of internal cash management notes, including day-to-day tracking, interest accruals, distributions, interest settlement and valuations. Responsible for analytics of each balance to understand drivers and support legal entity transactions. * Partner with treasury analysts and external valuation company to provide periodic valuations of all notes in our portfolio, including financial ratio and metrics, credit ratings and current market rate. * Participate with the team in the identifying, challenging and implementing advancements in efficiencies and technology in all treasury processes. This would include participating in and leading various treasury projects. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or another Business-related discipline * 2+ years of Treasury, Accounting or Finance experience * Experience with financial statements or forecasting * Experience in preparing analysis to support decision making * Experience in presenting analysis to and responding to questions from leadership * Efficiently adapt to shifting priorities to support evolving business needs * Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) * Experience using formulas & pivot tables in Microsoft Excel (including utilizing lookups) What Will Put You Ahead * Experience with Working Capital * Experience using Kyriba (Treasury Management System) * Experience using INFOR (ERP system) * Experience using OneStream (Reporting tool) * Experience with Bonds and Credit Facilities * Experience with Foreign Exchange * Knowledge of banking processes and practices This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
