As a member of the US Deployment Solutions Account Activation Team, the Account Activation Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting the activation/implementation of customer teams across all business verticals (Medical, Sales, Patient Support, Engagement Center).

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Learn and be exposed to different project management and business methodologies and strategies
  • Prepare internal and client facing materials (internal and client-facing meeting agendas, meeting collateral including documentation of decisions and actions)
  • Assist with the review of success metrics (adoption/usage/experience) of the Smartsheet PM tool
  • Assist Account Activation PMs with project timelines and milestone management

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, highly creative, strategic thinker, self-motivated, ability to solve problems
  • Interest in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Business
  • Communications
  • Marketing
  • Liberal Arts

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '25 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
