Mobile Technician Apprentice

Are you a mechanically inclined individual looking for a career or career change? Look no further! Stoops Freightliner - Western Star is growing their Field Service Division and looking for a Mobile Tech Apprentice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field under the guidance of Mobile Technician Mentor

* Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands

* Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools

* Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders

* Complete web-based, In-person, and on the job training for business requirements within 1 year of hire

* Health & Safety policies, procedures reports, issues and incidents to their supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:

* Entry level Technician experience

* Work under the supervision of Mobile Technician Mentor

* Effective customer service skills, self-motivated, responsible with strong work ethic

* Locally valid driver licenses

* CDL preferred but not required

* Must be a minimum 21 years of age
