Your Role

We believe in the power of passionate individuals to drive innovation and success. We are seeking a Sourcing Manager who can lead our procurement efforts and foster strong supplier partnerships. If you have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of sourcing or purchasing experience, and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

As part of the Service Center team, you will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with the Operations Manager and procurement team. This is a hybrid position located in Houston, TX.

As a Sourcing Manager:

• You will lead all sourcing-related functions for North America Aftermarket commodities and services.
• You will ensure compliance with company sourcing activities and maintain proper documentation for audits and review.
• You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for North America Aftermarket including identifying and onboarding new suppliers based on quality, delivery reliability, and pricing.
• You will ensure material arrives when needed and to budget.
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• You will provide coaching and support to team members to build team and deliver business goals.
• You will monitor supplier performance and proactively address areas of improvement.
• You will access risk within the supply chain to identify and implement solutions.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of sourcing or purchasing experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
• Leadership experience with strong coaching and support skills.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• The total base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $93,000 annually.
