POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The Divisional Director of Installation reports to the Group Vice President, Construction Services
  • Located in Lewisville, TX, Atlanta GA or Knoxville, TN
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid



The Divisional Director of Installation will provide strategic leadership and direction for the installation division, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in installation management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:



  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the installation division in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to guide the division towards achieving long-term objectives.


Team Management:



  • Lead and manage a team of Installation Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Project Oversight:



  • Oversee the execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address complex project challenges.


Resource Allocation:



  • Strategically allocate resources to optimize project efficiency and achieve divisional goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and resource sharing.


Client Engagement:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations.


Quality Assurance:



  • Set and maintain high standards for work quality and safety across all installation projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement measures to enhance quality.


Budget Oversight:



  • Develop and manage the divisional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.


Training and Development:



  • Provide leadership in the training and development of installation teams.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement programs to enhance team capabilities.


Reporting and Documentation:



  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, detailing project status, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of divisional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 12 - 15 years of experience in installation management, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large installation teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
