Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute growth strategies to significantly enhance Terso's success in selling RFID and IoT-based products to manufacturers and distributors of high-value goods in healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, and government markets, as well as to new and existing partners and markets. Results-driven and proven track record of excelling in new customer acquisition. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and add value across the markets Terso serves. CORE DUTIES:
1. Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts within the healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical markets.
2. Continually build pipeline of new business opportunities. Build credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
3. Become an expert on Terso Solutions offerings and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
4. Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during fast-moving as well as complex sales cycles.
5. Work in a team-selling environment specifically building relationships with Terso Solutions technical and product management counterparts.
6. Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in CRM.
7. Prospect into Terso Solutions' core markets through emails, cold calls, and social channels.
8. Negotiate customer contract terms and conditions with key project stakeholders.
9. Utilize proven selling methodology and communication tools throughout the sales cycle.
10. Assume primary responsibilities for adding new customers to the Terso Solutions platform

13. Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to the business. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience selling to executive level leaders.
2. Proven ability to understand, identify, and position technologies and products adding significant value to the prospect or existing customer.
3. Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience and prior experience selling to C-level decision makers.
4. B.S./B.A./B.B.A. degree or a combination of applicable experience and education.
5. Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value agreements.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills.
7. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans producing outstanding results.
8. Outstanding presentation skills.
9. Proven effectiveness in communicating with all levels of management and staff internally and externally.
10. Effective negotiation and facilitation skills.
11. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
12. Must possess a valid driver's license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Business development and/or marketing experience.
2. Understanding of RFID technology, inventory management solutions, and SaaS sales.
3. Sales experience in healthcare IT services, including cloud-based applications and software.
4. Sales experience in healthcare, particularly working directly with medical device suppliers and/or pharmaceutical companies.
5. Project management experience.
6. Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and relevant industry technologies (IoT, SaaS, PaaS, RFID).
7. Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., FDA/UDI, CFR 21 Part 11, Drug Supply Chain Security Act). PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
