Location: Mt. Sterling, IL
Department: Accounts Receivable
Reports To: Accounts Receivable Manager
Salary Range: $58,819 to $88,229 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As an Accounts Receivable Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of all Accounts Receivable System Applications and Technology. You will work closely with & coordinate technology solutions with the business area, IT and outside consultants, using a combination of functional business and technical knowledge to execute. You will work closely with internal and external customers to test and execute new product features to meet the changing needs and requirements of users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Implement, test, document, and integrate new macros and robotics.
  • Provide macro and RPA troubleshooting, continually monitor and resolve automation issues, and provide advice and training to end users.
  • Work closely with IT Development staff and support vendors to solve system issues.
  • Understand Dot's applications, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration while also staying current with new technologies and solutions by attending technical training, seminars, or workshops.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.



YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent computer skills, including programs such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-department tasks and meet critical deadlines


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • 3+ years of experience working in Finance environment
  • Experience with Excel/VbA, Microsoft Power Applications, and BI tools.
  • RPA and macro related experience
  • Solid understanding of Dot internal processes


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings.
