Maintenance Clerk

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Enters data of daily equipment work order activities, equipment updates, meter readings, utilities, and service bonus/quality measurements
  
  
• Monitor and maintain Maintenance Operations System for DCs location including creating and updating attachments and procedures
  
• Support Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program documentation
  
• Track capital projects costing and assist in scheduling Assist in scheduling and cost-tracking for capital projects
  
• Provide clerical support for other related departments as needed within scope of work
  
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
  
• Support GFSI audits
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree
  
  
• Basic computer and accounting skills
  
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to make independent decisions
  High level of accuracy

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Experience with AS400, Access, and/or Maintenance Operations System programs
  
  
• Experience to train technicians and occasionally support/train other maintenance clerks at other locations on Maintenance Operations System
  

ROLES SPECIFICS

• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday - Negotiable
  
  
• Must be available for occasional travel for training
  
• Occasional exposure to various warehouse environment
  
• Competitive pay $16.40 - $24.26 per hour (based on experience)
