Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY: Manage a large division of multiple major segments of internal loan operational activities through managers, supervisors and non-exempt personnel. Manages all activities relating to title, loan documentation, loan and mortgage servicing, imaging, collateral control, quality assurance, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for the integrity of the Loan Accounting and Imaging Systems, Documentation and Loan System Specifications and the legal enforceability of the Bank's loan documentation. Assists with loan call report schedules and provides management with requisite information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages five subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Title, Loan Servicing, Loan Documentation and Imaging Departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent; a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current driver's license and auto insurance. COMPUTER SKILLS Must have personal computer skills and must have extensive knowledge of the Fiserv Loan Accounting System and Laser Pro/Lawyer Pro Documentation System. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS Microsoft Word and Excel, LaserPro, Lawyer Pro, Fiserv and Prime Data. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Typing, 10-key, and CRT Skills a must. Ability to work with out constant supervision, to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to drive 5% of the time. Salary Range:$124,475.00 To $184,838.00 Annually 40 hours per week. |
