Review of applicants will begin March of 2025 and will continue until the position is filled. ACA Variable Position, US Work Authorization is Required Responsibilities Plans, prepares, and follows an approved course of student with measurable objectives for each clinical course taught. Instructs, manages, and supervises individuals and groups in clinical and/or simulation lab settings. Evaluates learning. Maintains and submits student evaluations and records. Counsel students as needed. Assist the nursing program in maintaining an effective program. Maintain safe clinical conditions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN degree preferred. Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the State of Utah (or eligible to obtain Utah licensure). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects. Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
