Role Summary: As a Manufacturing Production Planner at TVH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient production operations. Leveraging your expertise in Epicor ERP software, you will schedule and manage assembly jobs, optimize workflow, and coordinate with various departments to meet customer demands effectively.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Epicor ERP to schedule and release assembly jobs, ensuring alignment with production capabilities and customer priorities.
• Conduct daily capacity analyses to balance workload and optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain ERP part master data integrity and update as necessary to support accurate scheduling and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with AMO Manufacturing Manager and production teams to resolve scheduling challenges and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Monitor production schedules, communicate with customers regarding order status, and proactively address any potential issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing process enhancements.
• Generate and manage sales orders in Link/Oracle software to facilitate seamless manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Manufacturing related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in planning or scheduling using ERP systems with MRP functionality within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Workspace, or Outlook applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering teamwork.
